" Fine, but I wish L would tell us when these bastards are coming" Ryuga said in an acidic voice. Kibeki just looked out as Ryuga took Yoroichi arm and lightly pushed it away, "I wonder where Beyond gets them helicopters?" Ryuga said in his voice, cold enough to send shivers down someones back in a volcano. Ryuga's eyes flashed their crimson color, Kibeki had blue. Kibeki hoped that he could take control before anyone saw Ryuga's eyes, why were they so different then his?

Yoroichi rolled her eyes. She wasn't intimidated when Kibeki screwed around. She was a Half for God's sake. That's why one eye was red. She tilted her head to the side for a moment, shaking out her arm where Kibeki had pushed it away.
"Don't touch me again," she said cheerfully, "or I'll castrate you." With a happy air, she faced Near and patted his head, just for an excuse to touch him.
Christ, do I love you, she thought. Verbally, however, she said,
"Silly little Near," she murmured, letting her finger tips run down his face before withdrawing her hand as if she'd been burned, "B owns the Beyond Corps. They're our version of the Secret Service. As for how he gets the 'copters," she smirked and uncleanched her hands before clenching and unclenching them a few more times, "don't even go there, Kibeki."

Hello everyone! I'm back from LA and the last case. A group of mobsters blew some arena up and blamed the cops. There was a full fledged war. It ended poorly for both groups. The death count was over a hundred. We did lose a member of Wammy's House there. So you should feel sympathy for him.

Kibeki took control, just as L walked in," Hello L." Kibeki said. " When Near and Yoroichi stopped looking at him he asked aloud, " So what is everyone's opinion on Kira?" Kibeki looked at Yoroichi one last time, and shuddered at the memory of what she said. " L, I would especially like to hear your theory on Kira." Kibeki said curious at the detectives reaction to his question.

I haven't given it too much thought in between the last two cases. Why must you ask every time i walk in hmmm? Your spot on the list is rising but its not high yet. -Winks- Well for the honest truth, I haven't seen too many deaths that seemed suspicious so maye Kira is trying to lay low. Show me the newest news.

Yoroichi jumped on Kibeki's back.
"L! My man!" she screamed, her aura bleeding cheer. She wrapped her arms around the younger teen's neck in what appeared to be a loving embrace but was actually a choke threat. "Why you always gotta come in when Kibeki and Ichi are having their Lover Moments?" She rested her chin on Kibeki's head. "You always ruin my love confession to Kibeki! Geez, L."

Yoroichi stared at L for a moment, her demeanour dying out.
"Last time," she said, her voice cold, "was a Full. That Full left me because I'm only Half." She wrapped her legs around Kibeki's waist. "News? You want knews? Fine." And, as if almost on automatic, Yoroichi went into, what her other Half liked to call, Update Mode.
"A is ill and has set Yagami Light in charge of over seeing renovations while he betters himself. Beyond has his Corporates flying around gathering information on Kira. I myself have the Fulls on Red Alert for any other Full acting suspiciously." With a scowl, she looked at L. "And you are... Here."

Yoroichi watched him walk off, her eyes cold. And when he was gone, she lit up like a Chirstmas tree. Still on Kibeki's back, she cheered.
"Kibeki! Onward to... Elsewhere!" she called. "In fact, take me to get my soda." She ruffled Kibeki's hair, tapping the side of his mask thoughtfully. To tell or not to tell? She didn't particularly like her heritage... In fact, she loathed it. She glanced around the room at her fellow Whammy's Kids. She mentally weighed her options. They would judge her; she couldn't tell them. Not at all. Never. Never ever. It would be her secret alone. "Kibeki," she said, her voice gentle, "move your ass to the store cupboard."

I cooked some tea and looked through the cupboards but couldn't find any sugar. I looked for the next five minutes then sought out Yoroichi. When i found her i started to freak out. "WHERE'S MY SUGAR!?!!!! i was gone for three weeks and all the sugar is gone??" i said with my jaw dropped. I chewed on my finger and said ,"I blame you Kira."

Kibeki started walking, still with Yoroichi on his back, " So, Ichi where do you want to go?" He asked barely notceing the choke hold she had on him. " So your a Half," Kibeki said watching the Purple-haired girl carefully. " I wonder, have you met, Ryuga yet?" Kibeki asked the curious girl. Almost as if though it was an afterthought he metioned," They taught me about Halves at the institute were I was, trained." This last word was strained it was a reminder of the scars and Ryuga. Kibeki went to the fridge and got Yoroichi her soda, and got himself one of his NOS's, " So where next?"

Yoroichi gave a small smile at the nickname. Really only A, Near, and now Kibeki called her 'Ichi'.
"I would like my daily twelve sodas. ONWARD!" She pointed in the direction of the freezer and sighed. "My idea of being a Halfie and your idea are quite different, Kibeki," she said after a time. And this was true. His Halfie appeared to be his alter ego but hers... Well, her Halfie was a bit more drastic. "Yours is an extreme alter-ego while mine..." She paused and mentally weighed what she was about to say. "My mother was human, my father is a Shinigami. I'm a Halfie." She sighed. She never told anyone this before; hell, she even forgot sometimes. But it was hard to forget, looking in the mirror every damn morning and seeing the red eye of her heritage. She loathed it. She loathed herself. She loathed everyone.

"Wow thanks for the compliment" Ryuga said cheerfully. " So you do know about Ryuga ." Kibeki laughed, then took a drink of his NOS. Kibeki headed towards the freezer stoping when he remembered that her soda was in the other freezer, why was there so many freezers. " So, you knew your parents then eh," Kibeki asked. " Your lucky I wasn't even told my little brothers name.

"Know my parents?" Yoroichi scoffed darkly. "I know them. And if I could, I would kill my father." She swung open the freezer and snatched a couple of Dr. Peppers from inside it, kicking it closed. She jumped off of Kibeki's back and opened a can, tipping it back almost immediately. When the can was empty, Yoroichi seemed to jitter in place. She tossed the can behind her and opened the other one, taking a large gulp of it.
She stared at Kibeki thoughtfully. "Yes, of course I know about Ryuga. What kind of fool do you take me for?" She snorted and took another sip of her soda. "I'm not number Four for nothing, you know."
